We define discipleship as “a relationship that intentionally multiplies Christ-like followers.” It’s obeying the command from Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:18-20) to “go and make disciples.” Our one-on-one discipleship ministry is an excellent way for us to fulfill the mission of City on a Hill: to glorify God by making disciples of Jesus Christ.

Through one-on-one discipleship, you can expect to:

1. Grow Spiritually: Explore and understand the foundations of your faith.

2. Build Relationships: Connect with a mentor who will invest in your spiritual journey.

3. Ask Questions: Have a safe space to seek answers and discuss your faith openly.

4. Practical Application: Learn how to apply biblical principles to your everyday life.

We also recognize that some who already have something to share with others that could be a discipler.
